    • Be using the free-to-use Alpha Nerds Guild overlay or logo on your stream.
    • Be a member of the Facebook group and have completed this questionnaire.
    • Be using the free-to-use Alpha Nerds Guild overlay, or the ANG logo.
    • Refrain from doing anything that might bring shame to the ANG name and reputation.

    Information collected in this questionnaire will not be sold or traded, and shall not be disclosed to anyone outside of the Alpha Nerds Guild board members. Information collected in this questionnaire is solely for the purpose of accountability and knowing who is streaming under the Alpha Nerds Guild name.

    Please be aware that if you are found to be streaming under the Alpha Nerds Guild community and have no completed this questionnaire, your stream will be removed from the Alpha Nerds Guild streamer community.

    If you are found to be conducting yourself during your stream in such a manner that would bring a less than desirable reputation to the Alpha Nerds Guild name, your stream will be removed from the Alpha Nerds Guild streamer community.

    While using the Alpha Nerds Guild free-to-use overlay, you are subject to its Terms of Use which is enclosed in the download folder.
