I created this video as an introduction to wood types, more specifically to talk about what to look for in wood when making cutting boards. I wanted to talk about this first because of how important it is when making cutting boards to be aware of the wood you’re using and it’s properties.
My next video will involve the processing of various boards into an end grain cutting board.
